Common questions
What does StandOUT Trusted Expert do?
We’re a trust-building agency for ordinary small professional service businesses. We focus on one thing: helping you build the kind of trust that attracts clients in a crowded market.
The goal is for you to be seen as a trusted expert.
We’re not a marketing or PR agency. We don’t try to give you more publicity or exposure.
Instead, we focus on refining the interactions prospects are already having with your business, deepening the trust at each point.
Why do you focus on trust?
Because research shows that once prospects shortlist service providers, trust plays a key role in the final decision.
The selection process may start with hard facts such as credentials, location, or pricing. But when several providers appear similar on those factors, trust becomes the deciding influence.
Who do you work with?
We work with all types of small consultancies, agencies, and expert-led services. They typically work in crowded, highly competitive industries.
We focus on small businesses ranging in size from one to about 10 people. This includes both new and established businesses.
But you don’t have experience in my industry. How can you help?
The process we use applies to all professional services. You bring knowledge of your clients, services, and industry. We bring the process and experience. It is a collaboration.
How involved do I need to be?
Think of this as a collaboration. We will need your input on your industry, business, and clients. The process cannot be completed without your involvement.
Do you work with clients outside Australia?
Yes. We're based in Australia but support companies around the world.
